If the mixing machine leaks water, the first step is to check whether the production raw materials contain a large amount of water. If not, check whether the rubber mouth of the car is complete. Then try the rotor, mixing chamber, discharge door, and hammer to observe the location of the leakage.
The internal mixer is difficult to leak water, and the main reason for this situation is due to carbon black. Carbon black absorbs moisture from the air, and when mixed at a temperature of around 100 degrees, a large amount of water vapor is generated. When discharging glue, it accumulates into water, which can be mistaken for internal mixer leakage. The way to eliminate water vapor is to lift the pressure cap several times during each mixing process to discharge the water vapor, so that there is no water left.
